TV Programmes They Should Still
Make
1. This
Life
Ultra-cool cult 90's BBC series about lawyers in London.
Sounds boring but was anything but. Ran for only two series
and had SO much potential to run for longer.
2. Dallas
Even heterosexual men loved JR.
3. Friends
Probably the funniest sitcom ever made. During the last
couple of series, it looked as though it may have run its
course and viewers were less impressed. Including us. Thing
is, looking back at them now they were actually still really
good and the series still had scope to continue. But the
biggest tragedy of all this is the ultra-shitty spin-off
Joey.
4. Beavis
& Butthead
A couple of kids sit on their asses and comment on life and
music vids.
5. Game
On
Considered at the time to be a poor second to Men
Behaving Badly (see below) but, when you watch it now,
it's hard to see why. Brilliant UK comedy.
6. Men
Behaving Badly
Unusual in that this was a series that ended at its peak
with a belly-laughing final episode.
7. Black
Adder
The first series was a bit hit-and-miss (mostly miss) but,
other than that, a perfect comedy. Ended with the famous WWI
'over the top' scene. Rumours constantly fly about regarding
another series. Fingers crossed.
8. Yes,
Prime Minster
Crap website - great series.
9. The
Royle Family
The Royle Family was a great piece of work, a delightful
oasis in an otherwise largely barren period for British TV
comedy.
